Ocean Finance Corporate Trip, Paphos 2026

Ocean Finance wanted to bring their whole team together in Paphos for an annual meeting that combined learning, celebration and friendly competition. The goal was a programme that strengthened relationships across the company, rewarded people for their work, and left everyone with shared memories. They also wanted it to run without adding to the workload of the people responsible for the company.

The Challenge

Moving around 100 people to a destination and keeping them engaged for days is a major operation. Every part of the programme, from cultural and outdoor team building activities to dinners and parties, needed a different venue, different suppliers and precise timing. The programme also had to work for everyone, whatever their fitness level, role or familiarity with their colleagues. The client needed one partner to own all of it.

Our Approach

1. Complete logistics.
We managed every practical detail for the whole group: accommodation and transportation, venues, and a clear day-by-day schedule. Participants always knew where to be and how to get there.

2. A balanced programme for all participants.
We built the trip around four types of experience, so the days had energy and variety:

  • Annual Meeting. Professional sessions, organised with the right setup, technical support and timing, so the business content ran smoothly and fitted naturally into the trip.
  • Team-building activities. A day of  challenges where all participants competed together in matching team jerseys. Mixing colleagues from different departments into teams built trust and encouraged real collaboration. The day ended with the whole group gathered on the pitch for an unforgettable aerial photograph.
  • Dinners. Group dinners gave people relaxed time together and a chance to enjoy the local food and atmosphere.
  • Parties. Beach party with music and entertainment, which turned the trip into a true celebration.

3. Suppliers and venues, handled for the client.
We sourced, briefed and coordinated all the venues, caterers, activity teams and entertainment, so Ocean Finance dealt with one point of contact.

4. On-site execution.
Our team was present throughout the trip to welcome the group, manage timings, coordinate suppliers and solve problems quietly before participants noticed them.

The Results

  • A smooth trip for around 100 people, with logistics running to plan from beginning to the end.
  • Full participation. The programme was designed so that every participant took part in the meetings, cultural and team building activities, dinners and parties.
  • Stronger team bonds. Mixed teams and shared challenges brought colleagues together outside their usual roles.
  • A relaxed client team. Ocean Finance could focus on their people while we handled the details.

"We engaged Parallax to organise a team event in Paphos, and Evripidis delivered something our people are still talking about. From the first conversation he took the time to understand who we are as a business and what we wanted our team to take away from the trip, then built a programme of experiences around that rather than offering a standard package. What stood out most was his sensitivity to both the people and the budget. He was thoughtful about pacing, group dynamics and the small details that make a day feel personal, and at every step he found ways to get the most out of what we had to spend without ever making it feel like a compromise. The result was an event that felt generous and well-crafted, and that came in exactly where we needed it to financially. Communication throughout was clear, calm and proactive, which made the whole process easy for us as a client. We'll be using Parallax again for future team events and would happily recommend Evripidis to any business looking to create something memorable in Cyprus."
